This weekend we decided to get our wellness in check. So we found some steep slopes and started climbing until we had the perfect sledding hill that reached exhilarating speeds. Speaking of wellness, you can burn over 400 calories per hour sledding! Getting outdoors in the winters is great for fitness and health.
